Your next thought starts with your voice.
Sowt means voice. We’re making a personal assistant that begins with a conversation, rather than a blank text box.
Open private previewInvitation required · Private voice previewOne clear place to begin
Choose your speaking language above the conversation, then start a call and allow the microphone. Arabic, French, English and experimental Moroccan Darija are available. Mute or end the conversation at any time.
A conversation you can follow
Listening, thinking, and speaking each have a clear state. Optional captions help you follow what was heard and said, including right-to-left text.
Your approval comes first
A spoken request to save a note or task produces a proposal. SOWT asks for a separate confirmation and only reports a save after your account confirms it.
A focused first test.
The private preview uses Google Gemini Live for streamed speech, spoken replies and live captions. The selected language guides the greeting and conversation, and your choice is remembered on this browser. Calls are limited to three minutes. Moroccan Darija is experimental; regional accents, noisy rooms and different devices still need broader testing.
What works todayA few things to know.
Can I try voice now?
Voice is available to approved preview accounts. Allow the microphone when starting a call; use Enable sound if your browser blocks playback. Google’s free-tier limits can temporarily prevent a connection.
Will SOWT control my phone?
General phone control and connected apps are not available. Voice can propose a note or research task for you to approve in your SOWT conversation.
Is every conversation saved?
Call captions and the call summary are saved to your private SOWT conversation when the server confirms the save. SOWT does not store the raw microphone audio. Google processes the audio; free-tier content may be used to improve Google’s products.
