CLEAR PERMISSIONS. CLEAR RESULTS.

Your voice. Your choice.

You should know when SOWT is listening, what it can change, and where your information goes. Here is how the current preview is designed.

01

A private workspace

An invited, verified, approved account is required. Your notes and tasks are restricted to your account; signing in is not a grant of administrator access.

02

Visible microphone controls

SOWT requests the microphone when you start a call or choose a local sound check. Mute pauses input; ending the call releases the connection.

03

Confirmed changes

Saving a voice proposal needs an explicit approval. SOWT checks the account’s save result before reporting success, and prevents repeated confirmations from creating duplicate items.

THE CURRENT PREVIEW

Voice processing, explained.

Calls stream microphone audio directly to Google Gemini Live using a short-lived token issued by SOWT. The long-lived provider key stays on Cloudflare. Google’s free-tier content may be used to improve its products. Saved captions and call summaries live in your private Supabase workspace. SOWT does not store raw microphone audio. Final privacy terms and account deletion remain requirements before public launch.

What works today

A few things to know.

Can I delete my account?

Account deletion and a verified export-and-deletion flow remain public-launch requirements. The private preview is not a substitute for a completed data-management service.

Does SOWT have access to my other apps?

No. Calendar, email, Instagram, and phone-control connections are not active. SOWT cannot read those accounts from this preview.

Where are captions stored?

When call history is successfully saved, captions appear in your account’s conversation. If saving fails, the call shows a retry control. Closing before a confirmed save can lose those unsaved captions.
